Alan Chamberlin, President

Alan joined The Richmond Group USA family of companies in 2006 as the Director of the Security and Technology Division. Over the next 10 plus years he established one of the most successful national recruiting practices focused in the security industry. In 2019, Alan moved into the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition for The Richmond Group USA and was recently promoted to President of PeopleSolutions Inc. Prior to joining The Richmond Group Family of companies, Alan lived in Atlanta GA where he was President of Security Systems Integration, an enterprise security integration firm he founded and led until 2000 when it was successfully acquired by a national firm.

Alan truly has a passion for the recruiting and staffing industry where he believes he has the opportunity to change peoples lives and transform companies everyday.

In his free time, Alan can be found outdoors enjoying one of his passions: restoring and riding vintage motorcycles, four wheeling, hunting or fishing.

Pete Bolog, Client Relationship Manager

Pete joined The Richmond Group USA family of companies with a focus in providing professional recruiting search services in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector. Within the the TRG Family of companies, Pete then moved to PeopleSolutions, which provides a new level of opportunity and responsibility in business development and recruiting. In addition to continuing his work in Engineering and Manufacturing, Pete is working in the information technology, science, and accounting markets serviced by PeopleSolutions. Prior to joining our organization, Pete worked in retail sales as an assistant manager where he enhanced his excellent customer service and client relationship skills.

Pete enjoys helping candidates find their perfect career fit and clients find the right candidates to solve their talent needs. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.

In his free time, Pete enjoys the Richmond social scene, visiting breweries, and DJing.

Wesley Parnelle, Recruiter

Wesley has been in the Recruiting field the last five years throughout various industries including IT, Healthcare, and Finance. He enjoys connecting with candidates because it allows him to meet people of various backgrounds. Wesley believes the key to recruiting is to have genuine empathy for the candidates you represent.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Welsey most recently moved to Richmond from Atlanta, GA. In his spare time you can catch him exploring Richmond, collecting vinyl, going to concerts, being let down by his favorite sports teams, and playing with his two cats; Luffy and Fern.

Mark Schwartz, Manager, Training & Development

Mark joined the PeopleSolutions team in 2008 as a Recruiter, where he was responsible for developing relationships with candidates that could deliver on the staffing needs of our clients. His time as a Recruiter helped Mark realize his passion for helping people achieve their career goals. Currently, as the Manager of Training & Development, Mark is able to share that passion through the onboarding, training, and on-going development of the PeopleSolutions team, so that we can continue deliver on the needs of our clients and candidates at a high-level.

After graduating from Elon University in 2006 with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems, Mark moved back to his hometown of Richmond, VA where he worked for KPMG LLP for two years in their IT Risk Advisory practice. Shortly after that, Mark joined our team.

Mark’s wife, Meredith, is also an alum of Elon University and is currently the Controller for DriveFactor, a Richmond, VA company that provides usage based insurance driving technology. Outside of work, Mark and Meredith support several local charitable organizations and consistently give back to Elon University. Mark also serves on his alma mater’s President Young Leaders Council, a select group of alumni who provide direction and support to the President towards the fulfillment of the University Strategic Plan.

Jeff Thomas, Research Analyst

Jeff joined PeopleSolutions in 2012 and brings years of experience in market research analysis. His strategic approach to compiling industry reports enables PeopleSolutions to have an advantage that most recruiting firms cannot boast. Jeff’s dedication to the organization and commitment to providing the best research possible continually positions PeopleSolutions to help both candidates and clients achieve maximum success.

Jeff is a native of Richmond and enjoys the many activities the city offers. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys being outdoors. He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in History.

Tiffany Garnett, Research Analyst

Tiffany works as a Research Analyst. She enjoys her day-to-day coming up with creative ways to support the TRG Family. Tiffany moved to Richmond in 2012 and Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University. She worked in the legal industry before making the natural transition to the Prime Legal team. Tiffany loves food, festivals, and anything with paws.

Clio Angle, Marketing Manager

Clio moved to Richmond in 2013 to pursue a degree in Creative Advertising Copywriting and a minor in Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. Upon an early graduation, she worked jobs in operations, digital marketing, e-commerce merchandising and retail management. She joined The Richmond Group USA family as a Marketing Manager in 2023.

Outside of work, you can find Clio at Solidcore classes, enjoying local coffeeshops and restaurants, or soaking in the sun at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts lawn.
