By leveraging a “contract-to-direct” hiring model you have an opportunity to evaluate potential direct hires before making a permanent commitment while spreading out the
onboarding fees. This can be incorporated directly into your on-boarding process. Contract staffing can often fill roles faster (usually within a week) than traditional hiring, which can be crucial during economic uncertainty.

You have an option to convert at 1,040hrs/6 months or a discounted rate at 2,080hrs/12 months.

In addition to the actual hourly wage, we are responsible for employer FICA taxes (Social Security and Medicare) Professional Liability Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance and employee benefits administration (including PTO, health/dental insurance). We are committed to partnering together through the whole process as we have a vested interest in not only this person making it to 6 months or a year, but to be a long term employee of your organization. This way we can become your search and professional contract partner for other areas of your organization.

Should a contractor’s performance fail to meet expectations, we will promptly address the situation. Our process involves direct communication with the contractor to identify and
resolve any issues. If necessary, we will efficiently replace the contractor to minimize disruptions and maintain quality.

Our contract hiring process is straightforward. We present qualified candidates with agreed upon hourly bill rates. Once you've evaluated the candidates, simply inform us of
your decision and any required pre-employment screenings, such as background checks or drug tests. We can then coordinate the candidate’s start date to align with your onboarding timeline

You will maintain complete operational oversight throughout the contract duration, encompassing employee daily responsibilities. We will collaborate closely to ensure contractors meet your performance expectations, including addressing any work-related or personal issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving weekly timesheets.

You have the option to offer a direct hire position to our employee at any time. Should you decide to extend a full-time employment offer to a contract employee prior to the contract’s end date, a prorated fee based on the remaining contract term will be applied based on the employee’s annual salary.
